These Terms govern access to and use of BrickPriceWatch. By using the site, a visitor agrees to these Terms. A visitor who does not agree should not use the site.
Information service
BrickPriceWatch provides LEGO set catalog, pricing, availability, historical, forecast, and retailer information for general informational purposes. It does not sell LEGO products, act as a retailer or marketplace, provide investment advice, or guarantee that a visitor can buy or sell an item at a displayed value.
Price accuracy and purchases
Prices and availability can change after the recorded observation. Visitors must confirm the final product match, condition, seller, shipping, taxes, return terms, and total price on the retailer's website before purchasing.
A purchase is between the visitor and the external retailer or seller. BrickPriceWatch is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for fulfillment, payment, returns, product quality, marketplace disputes, or retailer availability.
Acceptable use
Visitors may use public pages for personal price research and normal browsing. They may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, overload the Worker or its data sources, misrepresent BrickPriceWatch content, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Sources, ownership, and trademarks
Catalog facts, market observations, retailer offers, images, and trademarks may originate from identified third parties and remain subject to their respective rights. BrickPriceWatch owns its original site design, software, selection, organization, and original explanatory content to the extent permitted by law.
LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site. References to retailers and data sources identify the origin or destination of information and do not imply endorsement.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. BrickPriceWatch may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the visitor's price. The Affiliate Disclosure explains the current approach.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickPriceWatch is provided “as is” and “as available.” BrickPriceWatch disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickPriceWatch and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed purchases or sales, investment losses, or losses arising from reliance on prices, forecasts, retailer links, or third-party services. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Changes and availability
BrickPriceWatch may correct, change, suspend, or remove data, links, features, or access when sources, legal requirements, or operating needs change. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the BrickPriceWatch operator in its established jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where a visitor lives. The production operator and governing jurisdiction will be named here when the operating entity is finalized.
